For Croatian limited companies
Accounting for d.o.o. and j.d.o.o.
A company rarely gets into trouble because one entry was posted late. The expensive problems start when a tax, cash-flow or owner-payment decision is made too late. We help you see those moments before the year-end accounts.
We work with companies ranging from a single-member j.d.o.o. to teams with ten or more employees. Double-entry bookkeeping is not just a statutory method: when maintained continuously, it becomes the basis for a useful view of revenue, cost, receivables, liabilities and cash.
Four decisions that most often cost companies money
Salary or profit distribution?
Dividends and profit shares based on equity are taxed at 12% when paid. Salary has a different contribution and tax mechanism. There is no universal answer: we calculate the effect for your actual situation.
Tax-free employee payments
Annual limits are useful only if someone monitors them throughout the year and keeps the required documentation. December is often too late for sensible planning.
VAT entry and accounting method
When to enter the VAT system and whether cash-accounting VAT is available can materially affect liquidity. These are decisions to model, not guess.
When a company can no longer pay
If a bankruptcy reason exists, the proposal must be filed without delay and no later than 21 days. Responsible persons can face personal liability for delay. Verified Croatian guide (HR).

What we actually manage
Every month
Purchase and sales invoices, bank statements, payroll and other receipts, VAT returns, customer balances and a management view that does not require accounting jargon.
Every year
The corporate income-tax return is filed electronically no later than four months after the tax period, with the balance sheet and profit-and-loss account, plus the prescribed annual reporting package.
When needed
First employee, VAT entry, change of legal form, liquidation or simplified termination. Events that happen once should not force you to research the whole system alone.
We use Minimax and our own CRM, so documents, deadlines and agreed actions remain visible. See how we work and how pricing is formed.

Anonymised project in progress
From disconnected spreadsheets to a business that can be managed
Data existed; answers did not
A construction company with more than 80 employees, multiple sites and a fleet of about 30 vehicles had no dependable view of liabilities, receivables, inventory, fixed assets or trends.
Payroll and records stabilised
We took over the construction-specific payroll process and brought the current-year documents into Minimax, replacing reconstruction from several unrelated records.
One management view
The project connects accounting, management reporting and a tailored ERP view for people, vehicles, equipment, inventory and purchasing. It is an anonymised work in progress, not a completed client testimonial.
