Prospera Mundi is a Zagreb-based accounting company operating since 2014. We work with Croatian businesses, growing owners and international groups that need more than an annual answer from their books.

Tatjane Gral — finance and accounting
Tatjane leads the professional accounting work: books, tax and calculations. She holds a master's degree in forensic accounting and completed the formal tax-adviser education without using the protected professional title. Before 2014 she accumulated more than ten years of accounting experience, from small private companies and accounting firms to an international financial corporation.
Mario Arbanas — technology, analysis and reporting
Mario leads CRM, integrations, analysis and monthly reporting. His role is to make sure data arrives on time and becomes usable for decisions. He brings more than 30 years of IT experience across automotive, business information, full-service leasing, consulting, CRM development, ERP integrations and international sales support.
Five additional team members work on accounting delivery. Your books therefore do not depend on one person's annual leave. Team photography will be added later.

The monthly report is written for an owner, with emphasis on what changed and what deserves attention.
Systems instead of binders
We work in Minimax with our own CRM, so the document and task flow remains visible.
An answer when a decision is due
Availability is part of the service. Straightforward questions are often answered the same day; complex questions receive a realistic deadline when submitted.
“Creative accounting” — our definition
Use lawful options. Never disguise the numbers.
What it means here
Finding options explicitly provided by the law but not yet used: regulated tax-free payments, an available VAT method, the right timing for a change of form or a refund that has not been claimed. Everything remains within the rules and capable of being evidenced.
What it never means
It does not mean embellishing figures, hiding turnover or improvising around obligations. We do not accept that work because the risk ultimately stays with the owner.
