    Documents represent work

    Each invoice, statement and calculation is posted and checked. Charging by the actual scope is clearer than hiding the workload in a broad package.

    VAT on cash receipts (+€50)

    The scheme requires tracking collection of sales invoices and payment of purchase invoices every month. Verified Croatian guide (HR).

    Employees and VAT status

    Payroll, JOPPD and VAT returns have fixed deadlines. More calculations and controls require more accounting time — that is the entire logic.

    Fees, without evasive answers

    Is administrative support included?

    No. Issuing invoices, business letters and document administration are a separate optional service, contracted and charged according to the agreed scope. See administrative support.

    Is the calculator result final?

    No. It is an indication. The final proposal follows a qualification call and review of the actual document flow and requirements.

    What does “lump-sum sole trade from €100/month” mean?

    A minimal scope: no employees beyond the owner, one account and outside VAT. It includes the agreed recurring records, PO-SD and monitoring of relevant deadlines and the €60,000 receipts threshold.

    Can the fee change?

    Only when the scope changes — for example, after hiring employees or entering VAT — and only after we discuss the change. Never retroactively.

    Is the first call charged?

    The 15–30 minute qualification call is free and determines whether the cooperation is a fit. A substantive professional consultation is a separate paid service.
