Group reporting & integrations

Make Croatian accounting usable by group finance.

We design a repeatable monthly process that maps local accounting data to the structure, terminology and timetable used by the parent company — and scope interfaces when data also has to move into existing ERP or reporting systems.

The operating model

One local source. A controlled transformation. A usable output.

The project starts with the decisions the report has to support, not with a list of software features.

01 · Source

Local accounting data

Agreed records and dimensions from the Croatian accounting workflow.

02 · Mapping

Group definitions

A documented bridge from local accounts and fields to the parent's structure.

03 · Controls

Checks and exceptions

Control totals, reconciliations and a visible queue for items that need a decision.

04 · Output

Reporting package

Agreed reports, commentary, format and delivery responsibility.

What can be adapted

Reporting follows the business question

A Croatian trial balance is an accounting output. A management package should help an owner or group team see what changed, where attention is needed and which detail sits behind the movement.

  • group chart-of-accounts mapping;
  • agreed P&L and balance sheet views;
  • cash, receivables and payables views;
  • dimensions and operating indicators relevant to the business;
  • variance commentary and exception tracking;
  • format and language agreed with the recipients.

Important distinction

This is a custom monthly management and group reporting service. It is not described as statutory consolidation, an audit, an assurance engagement or automatic compliance with a specific reporting standard unless that separate scope has been explicitly established.

What management and group finance receive

The number, the reason, the decision and the audit trail.

A useful group pack does not end with a table. One view shows performance against budget, the exceptions that require attention, who owns the next step and the control trail behind every number.

Management commentary: revenue is ahead of budget, but transport and subcontractor spend absorb part of the upside. The next review therefore focuses on supplier rates and project profitability, not only on total sales.

All names, figures, statuses and deadlines in this example are fictional. The actual content, metrics, control points and format are agreed around the entity, systems and the parent company's template.

From local entry to group pack

Every report line has a rule, an owner and a trail back to source.

Mapping is not a one-off copy into Excel. We document how local accounts, dimensions and exceptions become the parent's structure — and what has to be checked before delivery.

Data path

“Live” is not a specification.

The available data, access method, frequency and permitted transfer direction are established before a technical proposal. This separates a reliable process from a vague integration promise.

  1. Minimax and local sourcesAgreed accounting records, documents and dimensions.
  2. Controlled extractionAn available export or API read at the agreed frequency.
  3. Transformation layerAccount, currency, dimension and business-rule mapping.
  4. Validation and approvalControl totals, exceptions, commentary and accountable owner.
  5. Group outputTemplate, dashboard or agreed transfer to the parent's system.

Standard source

Minimax and other agreed systems provide the data their available functions can expose.

Our project layer

Mapping, transformations, controls, scheduling and exception handling are designed for the specific case.

Parent system

Format, access rights, transfer direction and approval are defined with the owner of the receiving system.

From template to first delivery

The project has a clear start, controlled trial and process owner.

A current workbook, account map or sample group pack is enough to begin. We do not ask for a perfect specification before we understand the decisions and data together.

01 · Discovery

Decisions, deadline and recipients

We define what group finance needs to see, when it is due and who approves it.

02 · Design

Mapping and control rules

Sources, transformations, dimensions, exceptions and ownership are documented.

03 · Parallel run

Compare with the existing pack

The test output passes control totals and review with the local and group teams.

04 · Operate

A repeatable monthly process

Schedule, versions, approvals and escalation become part of recurring delivery.

Commercial scope

Custom reporting, mapping and interface work is contracted separately from the standard accounting package. Price and timing depend on the systems, data volume, transformation rules, controls and agreed support level.

Project brief

Give us enough context for a useful first conversation.

You do not need to know the technical solution in advance. Describe the deadline, current report and parent system; we will separate standard accounting, reporting and integration scope.

  • The form takes a few minutes and most project fields are optional.
  • We usually reply within one working day with a proposed next step.
  • You can attach the current template when replying to our follow-up email.
