How we work

A clear handover. A predictable monthly rhythm.

Good accounting starts before the first document is entered. We define responsibilities, information channels, timing and the reporting level so both sides know how the work will move.

Starting the relationship

Four steps from enquiry to recurring work

Qualification

A short introductory call establishes the business, current situation and whether our working models fit.

Scope and proposal

We define the recurring service, additional work, responsibilities, price and realistic implementation timing.

Handover

Access, opening data, documents, deadlines and unresolved items are collected through a visible handover plan.

Monthly operation

The accepted routine becomes the reference for documents, questions, payroll, agreed submissions and reporting.

The first conversation

Qualification is not a hidden consulting session

The introductory call is used to understand the fit and prepare the next step. It is not professional advice about a specific tax, legal or business decision. A professional consultation is a separate paid service.

Response time

We normally answer an enquiry within one working day. Straightforward operational questions are often answered the same day or within 24 hours; for a complex question, we give a realistic response time when it is received.

Working relationship

The process works when information moves both ways.

What you receive

Named contacts, an agreed recurring scope, clear requests for missing information and the reporting level included in the engagement.

What we need from you

Documents and business changes in the agreed rhythm, context for unusual transactions and timely decisions on open questions.

When the scope changes

Growth, new employees, new markets or additional administration are discussed before they quietly become an undefined obligation.

Advisory

A decision deserves more than a quick guess.

We separate what can be established from current rules and accounting data from what depends on the client's facts. When a lawyer or another specialist is required, that boundary is stated early.

International work

If a parent company needs a reporting template, account mapping or a data interface, that project receives its own specification and delivery process.
